Information We Collect

When you use the forms on this website, we collect the information you choose to submit, including:

Vehicle Safelist form: name, address/unit, community name, phone number, vehicle make/model/color, and license plate number.
Quote Request form: property type, requested services, property name and city, approximate size, coverage needs, name, phone number, and email address.

We also use Google Analytics to understand general website traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site). This does not include the personal information submitted through our forms.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the Safelist form is used solely to help our patrol officers recognize authorized vehicles in the communities we serve. Information submitted through the Quote Request form is used to respond to your inquiry and provide a service quote. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure Google Sheet accessible only to TCS Patrol staff. Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for patrol operations or business recordkeeping, after which it may be deleted.

Your Rights as a California Resident

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about them. To make such a request, contact us using the information below. We do not sell personal information, so there is no need to submit an opt-out request.
